District Choose Allison Burroughs granted a preliminary injunction to Harvard College on Friday in its case difficult the Trump administration’s efforts to forestall the college from enrolling worldwide college students. Burroughs has not issued an injunction on the Trump administration’s second try and revoke Harvard’s SEVP certification, which may take impact Wednesday if she declines to take additional motion, as Harvard has requested.
