The Animal Rescue League of Boston and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA) are happy to announce that nominations at the moment are being accepted for the annual Massachusetts Animal Management Officer (ACO) of the 12 months award.
The award was established to honor an animal management officer whose efforts in his/her local people all year long display:

- A devoted, humane perspective towards the remedy and well-being of all animals
- Efficient enforcement of pet duty legal guidelines
- A dedication to public consciousness and humane education schemes
- Cooperative working relationships with different companies, akin to state and native authorities departments, different ACOs, and animal safety teams
All officers in Massachusetts are required to bear coaching via the Mass. Dept. of Agricultural Assets. As a way to obtain this award, an ACO have to be present on the state’s mandated coaching necessities via the Mass Animal Fund.
Nominations ought to be submitted in writing and will come from authorities officers, different officers, animal safety organizations, or non-public residents.
