Just a few months in the past, my husband Max and I celebrated eight years of marriage. After almost a decade collectively, I assumed I knew all his go-to strikes to impress me. Once we had been relationship, he’d decide me up in his pink, 1966 Mustang, and we’d spend the day driving down Freeway 1, stopping at scenic outlooks on the California coast.
